Discovery: After you’ve inquired with us, we’ll sit down over a cup of coffee and become fast friends! We’ll review your plans so far and discuss your most significant wedding day stressors. 


Booking: Within 24 hours of our meeting, you’ll receive a very detailed and transparent proposal, contract, and invoice from us. To save your date with us, we require a signed contract and a 25% retainer. 


Planning: After booking with us, we will send you a questionnaire to connect with you on a deeper level. We will be incredibly open about our time spent planning your wedding and will be available to answer any questions!


The Wedding: It’s finally time to say “I do”! We’ll be there with you on your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly while you only worry about enjoying your big day.

A: Yes! Our team plans and coordinates weddings anywhere in the world our couples desire. We are happy to work with you no matter where your wedding will be—from Youngstown to Mexico, Paris, and beyond. 

Q: Do you travel outside of Youngstown for weddings?

A: Typically, a Catering Manager’s primary job is to oversee event details directly related to the venue, such as food and beverages. They don’t confirm or manage your vendors, run your rehearsal or logistically work out your event timeline. Additionally, they won’t ensure everything is running according to schedule on the wedding day. As professional planners, our primary goal is to oversee your wedding day with one goal in mind: you! We are your advocate and are there to support you from start to finish.

Q: Why do I need your help in addition to my Venue Coordinator?

A: The average wedding can take approximately 250 hours to plan—the equivalent to over six full work weeks! A planner can save you time spent researching and coordinating and assist you with vendor referrals, logistics management, and budget assistance. We also are there to confirm your vendors, create a timeline, run your rehearsal, and ensure you and your guests enjoy a stress-free day.

There is a lot to say about Angela, her team, and her company - Endearing Events. Planning a wedding is hard enough but when you're doing in the middle of a pandemic, whew! Angela was with us the entire step of the way - we had to contact all of the vendors, resign all of the contracts, find a new venue - it was a hot mess! I think if we had not had Endearing Events, I would have just forgone the wedding because my husband and I had already got married in November 2020 (at the courthouse with just our parents present, no reception) due to COVID.  Angela and her team were so attentive to our needs, last minute changes, and the small issues that did pop up (they always will pop up gals so it's important to have someone there who can handle them!).
