A: No, we do not. The idea of a "day-of coordinator" sounds great, but in reality, it's unrealistic. Just like in any professional setting, it's nearly impossible for someone to step in cold and fully understand every detail of an event you have spent months (or even years) planning. With our most basic service, Ninety Day Coordination, we have time to learn your vision, connect with your vendors, get to know you and your fiancé, and troubleshoot any gaps or conflicts well before the wedding day. This ensures your event is handled with the care and the attention it fully deserves. When you limit your coordinator to "day-of" responsibilities, you are risking your event and your investment by putting your wedding day in the hands of someone who simply has not had the opportunity to prepare. For this reason, we do not offer Day of Coordination Services.
Q: DO YOU OFFER "DAY-OF COORDINATION"?
A: Typically, a Catering Manager’s primary job is to oversee event details directly related to the venue, such as food and beverages. They don’t confirm or manage your vendors, run your rehearsal or logistically work out your event timeline. Additionally, they won’t ensure everything is running according to schedule on the wedding day. As professional planners, our primary goal is to oversee your wedding day with one goal in mind: you. We are your advocate and are there to support you from start to finish.
Q: Why do I need your help in addition to my Venue Coordinator?
A: Planning a wedding is no small task! The average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan at minimum. That's the equivalent of over six full workweeks, and that's just to cover the basics. The more detailed and intentional your vision is, the more time and expertise it requires to bring it to life seamlessly. Our team at Endearing Events & Co. brings expertise to your event, ensuring each detail is intentional and every element works together seamlessly, while saving you time and money.
