With its light and airy ambiance, complete with white walls, four styling stations (two for hair, two for makeup), a gorgeous accent wall with a Nina Campbell wallpaper feature, and an elegant acrylic chandelier, our Bridal Suite exudes sophistication and offers the most stress-free and aesthetically appealing backdrop to your wedding day.

The getting ready space includes a private dressing area with mirrors, a gorgeous lounge with abundant seating, and a coffee and champagne bar fully equipped with flutes, mugs, and everything needed to toast the day. 

 Conveniently located in the center of  charming village of Poland, Ohio and within a 15 minute drive to Youngstown's top wedding venues, including The Lake Club, Stambaugh Auditorium, Mr. Anthony's, and Waypoint 4180, we are excited to offer our space to all brides and those who are celebrating grand occasions!

Exclusive Access: A private, light-filled space reserved just for you and your bridal party during your booking window. Accessible and highly functional for your beauty services, you may bring the professional hair and makeup artists of your choice, along with food and beverages. 

Elegant Lounge Area: Comfortable seating, including a velvet sofa, French-style chairs, and a coffee table perfect for relaxing or mingling. A bluetooth speaker is included and may be used.

Self Check-In: You will receive a TouchPass code via email twenty-four hours before your rental time. This will allow for easy access to the Bridal Suite, and ensures only you and your authorized guests have access. Whether you're arriving early to prepare or coordinating with your bridal party, self check-in ensures you can enter the suite on your schedule.

Private Dressing Area: A dedicated space with a door and full-length mirrors, ideal for putting on your wedding gown with ease. 

Coffee & Champagne Bar: A stylish bar stocked with champagne flutes, a champagne bucket, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials to unwind and celebrate. 

Dining Space: A stunning table that accommodates 4 to 6 people for light bites and conversation. 

Photogenic Details: Stunning designer decor, including a Visual Comfort chandelier, blush pink Nina Campbell wall paper, and an oversized full-length mirror, perfect for photos. 

Prep-Friendly Design: Spacious and comfortable for the hair and makeup artists of your choice to work their magic. There are four stations with acrylic chairs, gorgeous sconce lighting accompanied by abundant natural lighting, 6' floor length mirrors, and tables for all of your beauty team's items.

Essential Amenities: Ice, bottled water, and a private restroom are included in the base price.  

Accessibility: There is ample parking and our Bridal Suite is ADA accessible.

How to Book:

To reserve the Endearing Events Bridal Suite, please fill out the inquiry form below. A member of our team will reach out to you within twenty-four hours to discuss your options and confirm details. Rates begin at $75 per hour. A 50% deposit and signed contracted is required to reserve your wedding date, then it's official!

Brides who reserve The Bridal Suite between December 5, 2024 and December 31, 2025
will receive one additional hour at no charge when booking five consecutive hours.
Our Grand Open House Celebration will be in January 2025 and will be open to beauty artists, photographers, and brides! Stay tuned for more information.  

Hourly rates are also available for hair and makeup trials and photography sessions.
